The cost depends on what you do and get done. If it’s just a simple washout it’ll be around $100. If you do a deep clean it’ll be at least $300+ ! The cost is calculated into the rate !

Should get a floor squeegee broom. Do quick rinse and push it with the squeegee on out and rinse again. Seems like it would be a lot faster and a lot less water trying to just rinse it all lol.
