Hey Gabe you may not see this, but if you do I would strongly suggest you get a bayou classic two basket all stainless steel, we've been using one for several years now and it's been the best fryer we've ever used. One reason for your stove not getting hot enough is because the batter coats the bottom of the pan and doesn't allow all the heat to get the oil up too temp.

Hey Gabe, just wanted to say how much I enjoy watching you and your brother interact with your kids, really makes me want a do over with mine now that they are all grown with their own. About your dad, I was diagnosed with lung cancer back 5 years ago, the Pulmonologist said I had spots all over my lungs, I stood up and said thanks and said no thanks to going any further. I watched my mom and my wife’s brother in law both go on the chemo and radiation route and both had awful experiences and were both very I’ll and died from their immune systems being wiped out, that’s when I decided that if it ever happened to me I was just going to rest in Gods provision for my health. I was a painting contractor for 40 years so I figured one day I might hear some bad news due to all the toxic chemicals I worked in every day. I decided to research to see if there were any natural protocols that would reverse it or something. I stumbled upon a cannabis protocol that had mountains of testimonies from the cured. I figured it couldnt kill me so I jumped in both feet and started the, I think it took 30 to 45 days, can’t remember exactly, I will give you a link to the guy who resurrected the procedure to making the oil that you use, I guess what happens is that the THC molecule pokes the cancer cell and instructs it to detach from the host, then the cancer cell dies, during this time I changed my diet to raise the alkaline level in my body, I hear cancer can’t live in an higher alkaline levels, the American diet is so acidic. anyway some time went buy and I figured I got the corona but didn’t know what it was but it felt like lung cancer symptoms as they say you don’t feel lung pain till stage 4 so I got all worried and went in for a chest X-ray to see if the protocol didn’t work, I got the results 2 days later, they said my lungs were clear, I went to my doc and he prescribed me the Hydroxychloriquine, Ivermectin, zinc, vit D3, and Azithromiacine for covid and I was better in 3 days. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. phoenixtears.ca/ hope your dad kicks that cancer to the moon!!!I

The reason why people are quiet in Mississippi while fishing is just out of habit. The fish are usually a lot shallower in our rivers and creeks here. Your voice or even your movement can spook the fish. Most of our rivers, lakes, and streams are shallow with only the occasional deep or fast moving water where it doesn't matter if you make a little noise. A "deep" hole here is usually only a couple feet. If you want to see fishermen relaxing a bit, go to the Gulf, the Pearl, or the Mississippi River where being quiet isn't important.

@@leopardskills69 On a full grown man, that's still around two and a half to three feet deeper than what I'm talking about bud. I meant a couple of feet, aka 2', in its literal since. Shin to knee high. Most places have the benefit of their shallow water at least being kind of fast moving due to elevation changes, meaning you can get away with making a bit of noise, but there simply isn't any of that here. Its mainly shallow, slow moving water. The river I grew up floating is only a couple inches in places. As in drag your flat bottom boat while the rocks polish it shallow, and that's a river. When my dad first moved here from Florida, he quickly realized that his old canoe had too deep a draft to navigate the waters around here and had to get rid of it in favor of a flat bottom level shallow. What your describing could be considered a swimming hole by locals here.
