i fond a secrit, when you start level 2 of doom extended full go to the farthest door turn right there is a mised texture in there there is a ssg and a sprede!!!

Ironically, I don't see him seeming to use a mouse at all here, it's simpler aiming that way when your left hand is busy with movement.

I can't seem to find the video, but I remember him saying that he uses his rage for comedic effect, and that he plays the WAD before recording the video, so he knows exactly what to expect, meaning any death is probably intentional.
