Interesting... regarding TheVoid, it's actually a brazilian MTV show called Hermes e Renato (really popular over here, with cursing and violence and etc). Most of the inital parts are in portuguese (the menus, and names). And, of course, the first musics are brazilian funks (can't say much more than that since I actually don't really like it). I'm actually curious since the WAD starts with everything in portuguese and ends with everything in english, so it must be some weird copy/paste of some sort here.... anyways really funny to see it here and I really enjoy Nitro's Crappy Doom WADs series =)

The 3rd wad was probably made by a Brazilian. That character in the beginning is called Joselito, from a very famous low budget Comedy show, Hermes & Renato. The type of music is called Funk (not the one from US, but type of music that appeared in Rio de Janeiro), also associated with the character. During some of the levels, they are playing a genre of the music "proibidão" (highly forbidden). That's because it is illegal since it praises large drug traffic gangs that rules over many poor communities. Like the one with the suicide guys. The best Terry WADs are those that have actual effort put into it and let you play through it normally before trolling the player. I remember Aquarius played a map with some gloomy abandoned laboratory straight from an Alien movie and then Terry trap. And that one average yet playable map that ended with cool doors complete with Half-Life alarm sound that unleashed "fucknoses" before displaying a screamer wih AVGN face. Also there was a WAD where stepping into a Terry trap wasn't even obligatory and it has super shotgun zombies in it.
