Smart Jacob! By playing the IC from the Don't, With the right amounts, you have Every point on the table covered except for the point--which is Huge! And you have a 'win' even when you 7-out.😎 You could "Hop" the point, and still make $$...just less...but why do it? Even with the 8 you have 31 ways to win and only 5 to lose! "Scared money" never wins!👍👍 You're one of the RARE folks on KZbin that does NOT 'just' teach light side and only light side. Please keep up the excellent blends of strategies!

I also play The iron Cross with a 50 dp, 15 field, 4 horn, 15 -5, and 18 -6 or 8.

My other "play" follows stats: --58% 7-out by point +6 (P6), of that 34% is out by P3...so --do DC $25 @ P4, $50 @P5--least I win is $50 @ P4,P5, until P6-then it's $150 (gonna have 7 of 12 shooters "out" by P6) -After P6 put $30 each 6 & 8, $25 on #5, $15 field--least I win is $50 -After P7, take $18 from winnings, press #5>$30, #6>$43 -After P8, take $19 from winnings, press #5>$36, #8>43--now 5,6,8 All pay $51 -Collect P9-P12--(usually 3 shooters go out P7-P12) -Least I make P7-P12 is $50 +36 -For 2 'last' and long shooters get paid P9-P12 or about $120 After P12, the 'short shooters' are gone and 83% of all 7-outs have hit. So, game has gone from "Dark side" to "Gray" to now "Light side"--here I pull the DP & DC's and pocket the $150 or so. 100% of "light side" $$ on table are CD. Now we got one guy gonna go 13-21, and longer guy's gonna go 19-30's or more. Using winnings, After P12, press $48 to boost #5>$50, #6 &8 to $60, and $5 on Field to get $20. Here you net $70-20=$50 for #5,6,8 Post P18, use winnings to press #5>$75, #6 &8 to $90 (only takes $85), and another $5 on Field>>$25. Now 5,6,8 pay $105-$25 field=$80. Good money printing press! From winnings @Post P19 place #9 for $75--nets $105+$25=$130 From winnings @post P20 place 4, &10 $50 each=net $100 +$25=$125..😎 Now, I net $125-$130 4,9,10, and net 'only" $80 5,6,8 Play Black>Gray>Light so 100% of $$ on table is CD--so I have zero $$ to 'lose' of my own. Use $1500 to play, and usually double bank roll each hour. Play 4 hours & go home. Enjoy & may it win well for you👍👍

Right on about the mentally taxing aspect. Although you haven't come out and said it straight out, I have picked up on TWO huge abilities that are critical to playing well with your strats: 1) You must keep FOCUS on each shooter and not lose track of how many times he's beat ya, if he/she is a new roller, etc. Especially on a busy table. I lost track and lost out on a good run because I thought a shooter was a guy I lost a bunch on. Wrong, I stayed out and he got on a huge run...OUCH. 2) You must be able to keep track of "where you're at" as you say...and do it QUICKLY. On most tables, you better be able to rock and roll. I just started but I'm learning...THANKS for your videos!

None of the things you’re keeping track of matter in reality. If it makes you feel better or causes you to bet less often you’ll improve simply because you are exposed less often.

Pass ! I never play the Iron Cross on the the Passline. If I did, I’d play a DP with Full Odds.

Excellent video 👍 one night rolling the iron cross from the don't with a $50 DP I almost couldn't lose in 4hrs total I had made $800 it definitely can be effective if the come out 7s & 11s aren't rolling. If you could adjust to show the back wall again I think it makes for better videos

Can always go through the Don’t Come instead of the Don’t Pass to avoid multiple come out 7s.

Hi I Love this. I need help. Is there a video that covers table bet ratios? After hearing the 3:1 ration between the box number to field bet. I calculated that this ratio would require a $45 place/buy on the 5, and $54 place buy on the 6/8. If 8 is the point, the Don't pass needs to be $100. The bank roll needs to double. I have to replay this roll sequence where the field bet is $5 (3:1 to the BN) and see what the final color up is. I'm fairly new to craps. I'm planning to advance from bubble craps and the electronic table "of the future" to a traditional table in the near future. I'm open to all useful input. Thank you

After watching your videos, the thing I've picked up on the most is to cover your bets with the don't pass. That said, do I do the don't pass in combination with the 6/8 or the Iron Cross? In the end it kind of does the same thing, correct? As I with with 6 and 8 or the Iron Cross I slowly build out the rest of the numbers and half press, correct?

Over the years I have had so much more success playing this by laying the 10 in stead of betting the don’t. That way I can still bet the point. I am off on the come out.

I like this strategy as I tend to play the field a lot. As my casino has $10 tables what bet sizes would I need for DP, 5 and 6 or 8? Would I just half everything for proper 3:1 ratio Thx

Jacob, instead of betting on the "unknown" don't pass line for the come out roll, would you rather wait until you see what the point is, LAY the 4, 5, 9 OR 10 and bet the iron cross from there?

I like to do 3x box numbers to 1x field ideally. But the Dont just have to encompass the risk on the table
