I know I'm a little late to this but Dingodile is actually even easier than this. You can slide jump over his crystals and spin on to him before they're even broken. You spin iump back out before he explodes and repeat. It takes like 20 to 30 seconds. Edit: Tiny Tiger used to also be even easier too. In the original game you used to be able to stand in the top left corner to avoid all lions without having to try. In the remake they throw cheese at you lol.

When I replay this game, I'm going to go beyond getting the platinum trophy and get all platinum relics. This would make it the 2nd crash game I've ever played where I've gotten all the best time relics (the first being "The Wrath of Cortex"). Might eventually get all platinum relics for crash 1 and 2, but those will be a nightmare since they never originally had relics til the remakes.
