Did you get this in the end? If not, here's how: To obtain this gem, a player must collect every box in the level. However, you can only get this Clear Gem by obtaining the Blue Gem in Turtle Woods. It opens up the Blue Gem Path, where the player must collect all the boxes in that area. There is another Clear Gem in Hang Eight.

Yes. Obtaining coloured gems elsewhere on different levels, opens up their respective coloured gem paths, enabling you to break every box in levels that have them so you can get a silver gem. Every level has a silver gem that requires you to break every box in a level, and some not all levels have another silver gem that is on different paths called ''Death route'' which is a section in a level that is harder. Death routes are accessed via a Death route platform that has a skull and crossbones on it - these are unlocked by not dying in a level leading up to a Death route platform. So basically, on this particular occasion, on the 1st warp room, go to the level ''Turtle Woods'' and do not smash a single box and finish the level to obtain the blue gem. Then play "Hang Eight'' like in this video to see the blue gem platform appear, so you can smash every box to get the silver gem in Hang Eight!

There's actually a second gem in the stage (it's a coloured one). If you make it to the end of the stage before the timer runs out, you can collect that gem.

@Luceero Mendoza I must be missing something based on pickles answer. I thought you were asking how to make the blue gem 💎 platform appear but if you were then the answer would be different because all you have to do to obtain the blue gem is play turtle woods (you should see the blue shade colored outside the level where it says turtle woods, inside of the gem shape indentation). When you play this board, you simply go through the board without breaking a single box 📦 and when you finish, at the end, in the tunnel... there will be a blue gem there, only then, will there be a blue platform in hang eight for you. Sure, getting the previous levels gems and crystals would be great but surely not necessary for the hang eight box gem. At least this is how it is on the game for ps2 and as far as I know the remastered versions have the same exact format and rules. Maybe I misunderstood your question or maybe there is the very very slight chance the remastered version changed this rule but I highly doubt it as I mentioned so hopefully this is helpful. :)
