The idea of fighting a mutated Cortex is neat, but the actual fight was underwhelming, even when I played it back in the day. Even the music was kind of unremarkable, and now that I now that you can stun him with Crash in a fist fight, the fight's quite pitiful. The device-thing that you needed to use seemed to serve no purpose, because Cortex destroyed his own space station anyway. A regular guy with an advanced lazer gun on a hoverboard beats this boss everyday.
