CRASH & SPYRO: The Dynamic Dueling Duo (reupload)

A few years back this interesting cross-promo trailer for Crash of the Titans and The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night was uploaded mysteriously to KZbin, being something previously unseen by the public. A few years back it eventually was lost and no longer on KZbin. I eventually came across an upload of it by a Japanese Spyro fan known as Phoenix Peregrine who added fan subtitles to the video. They just so happened to have the original file and gave me a download link to it, so thanks Phoenix! Here it is in all its glory.

I've got both "Crash Bandicoot: Crash of the Titans"🦊🍑 on PS2 and "The Legend of Spyro 2: The Eternal Night"💎🔥🐲 on PS2 in 2007 when I was 13 years old, and they are awesome games ever! 😀 In Crash Bandicoot: Crash of the Titans, I liked when Crash can used Aku Aku as surfboard, and he used Aku Aku to Jack the Mutant Titans to control them to used their different mutant powers, and he's got his own health bar by collecting Wumpa Fruits to restore his health just like Spyro's got his own health bar by collecting Red Gems to restore his health in The Legend of Spyro series! And I like Crash characters' new designed! And I have no opinion about Tiny's design. I like designed too. It doesn't matter. And I liked the new story about when Crash have to rescued his little sister: Coco from and saved his Wumpa Island from Dr. Neo Cortex by using a large robot called the "Dominator", and Crash and Aku Aku just discovered that Dr. Neo Cortex just used the stolen mojos to created a huge army of wicked vicious mutated animals called the "Mutant Titans"! 🙂🦊🍑 In The Legend of Spyro 2: The Eternal Night, I liked when Spyro's got his new special moves powers of his four breath elemental abilities, new fury attack, and he used his new power: a slow time called the "Dragon Time" to slow down the platforms to go through and slow down those enemies to hit them taught by the ancient and wise Dragon called The Chronicle! And I liked Sparx's new voice who's been played by Billy West, because that makes Sparx more funnier! LOL! And I liked the story about when Spyro just discovered that there's a new villain named Gaul the Ape King who planned to resurrected the Dark Master from the Well of Souls of the Mountain of Malefor during on the Night of Eternal Darkness at midnight after the Dark Master's spirit is free from the portal of Convexity when Cynder activated the portal with a crystal from the previous events of The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning 2006, so Spyro is on the quest to find The Chronicle to figure out how to stop Gaul from resurrecting the Dark Master before the Night of Eternal Darkness will begin! 🙂💎🔥🐲 I like both "Crash Bandicoot: Crash of the Titans"🦊🍑 and "The Legend of Spyro 2: The Eternal Night"💎🔥🐲! Those games are wicked awesome! And I love it! 😄 Like I said before, I love Crash & Spyro. They're both my classic PlayStation idols. 😏

I remember video this was on KZbin about 5 years ago if I'm correct. I remember feeling sad when it was taken down due to a copyright claim. At least it's back now, and in a better quality too! I remember there was one commercial in the mid 2000's (actually my first memory of Crash) where...I think a kid finds a specially marked cereal box, then mascot Crash smashes through his front door yelling "GAME TIME!!". Then they show us a Crash and Spyro game. Does anyone know which one it was?

Not sure what studio handled the trailer. These suits were interestingly only used to promote Titans and Eternal Night. There's many variations of this one Crash suit they used for the Jack the Power website adverts. My suggestion to you is to try getting a hold of any former VU/Sierra directors of promotions. They might still have these suits handy.

I Watched The End and......These games were on Game boy Advance?! What At This Time It Was Basically Ditched or The DS. Which these games are also on so why The GBA??? Plus It Would look like crap compare to the DS it's a Game boy Sp but 10x as better....

You know it's funny you bring this up. Back when Titans was initially announced in April 07', it was confirmed a GBA version was in the works but then they cancelled it entirely. Months later it was confirmed the GBA version was still happening since the dev behind that version (Amaze) had built the entire GBA game already. So they made the decision to release the originally scrapped GBA version of Titans, which shows that it was probably the earliest SKU of the game completed since it has more stuff resembling and seen in the Radical's pre-production version of Titans. It didn't help that this version used the garbage beta design where Crash looks like Banjo dyed Orange. Eternal Night GBA is a different story, since I have no idea why that and New Beginning got GBA versions. Worth noting the end credits of Eternal Night GBA has Hunter the Cheetah running in front of a sunset and his silhouette is just good ol' Classic Hunter. I remember in 05' and 06' we got DS exclusive Crash and Spyro games, which made me think that's what they were pushing for. But then we eventually got 2 more Spyro GBA games and Titans on GBA.

even though I grew up playing the original trilogy I'd rather play a Tlos game ,in the original trilogy the graphics don't hold up as well and we had some infuriating mechanics , back then It was great but only year of the Dragon where some of the issues were fixed still a good game to play nowadays

Jabu Decapricornio Well graphics aren't important whatsoever and if you play it on an emulator it still looks beautiful, and what is infuriating at all about them? I can't think of one thing, the controls for Spyro are incredibly fluid and fun to use, i seriously can't think of anything that bad that it's worth mentioning, the Legend series is alright but it's just like any other beat 'em up game where you go from area to area beating up extremely repetetive enemies in extremely repetetive ways, yes the original 3 are repetetive but they're much more varied and fun to play, also the music is amazing.

I really want them to use Spyro from the legend series. I loved all three games, and I think it would be pretty cool to see Crash, Coco, Crunch, Aku Aku, Spyro, Cynder, Sparks, Ignitus, Volteer, Terrador, Cyril, and Hunter interact with one another.
