These remakes are fantastic. The devs really put a lot of heart and soul into it. Seeing the bosses get their own cutscenes, the Nitro Kart tracks get reworked to make up for the lack of anti-gravity without altering the track aside from the graphics. It's beautiful.

God damn I loved all of the care and effort that went into this game. Even small additions like the jump in Oxide Station where the sound is absent are really nice touches to the level design to make the old tracks feel like new additions to the game. I thoroughly enjoyed playing through adventure mode and I’m getting ready to save my coins for the tournaments (mainly Spyro) for new characters. Aside from multiplayer, I’m getting ready to 100% adventure mode so I can get Oxide’s hovercraft. Just finished all purple coins for Fake Crash

I love how much more character these guys have in their animations. It's a key reason why I loved the recent remastered mascot games. Ripper Roo gets himself blown up and is unfazed. Nice to see he is still a complete loon. Chief PapuPapu is just a big ol dummy and gives us a bit of slapstick. Snake boy Joe is creepy as heck, even in defeat. And then we get whatever Pinstripe is, being suspicious and smug. There isn't much more I can say about Oxide, but I do dig his facial expressions. Also I found him a tad annoying in the PS1 version, and this one makes him a less so, so overall a welcome remaster. I even love how it's bookeneded with Crash eating a bird and then burping out the bird.

You're amazing against Pinstripe. His backwards bowling bombs while (he's in the lead) were like homing missiles and cost me 10 forced retries until i managed to distance myself from him. Papu is a close second because im not good at his shortcuts and he spams a lot his beakers a lot. Ripper Roo, Komodo Joe and Oxide weren't much of a problem.

Papu Papu's cutscenes had me dying of laughter for 15 minutes straight! I also loved every single boss fight! Facing Oxide was my biggest challenge yet. I didn't get the relics but i plan to. This is definitely an amazing game and remake!
