Anyone else thinking that characters such as Brio, Moe, and Kong might be unlockable via some new cheat code? It sounds far-fetched, but considering that's the only way that Penta could be unlocked in the original (via a code that most people at the time wouldn't even know) maybe Beenox figured it'd fair game. They've also been strangely silent about those characters...

The only downsides is that you won’t get any coins, you can’t unlock N. Tropy and also in the ps1 game you could put in multiple codes but however in the nitro fueled game you’re allowed to put in only ONE cheat code at a time so if you want to put in another code you need to disable the current cheat code by clicking on adventure mode and saying yes to confirm disability

Penta Penguins cheat code doesn't effect anything, all the others disable trophies until you disable them.

The switch version seems to be incredibly picky with what codes work. The 1-lap race, infinite bombs and super engine work, but even they only work one at a time. The rest are duds. I was hoping to get at least the super turbo pads and unlimited turbos to work so I could unlock the skins faster, but nope. I guess the 1-lap races help somewhat.

jm herve they already overhauled hard mode for crash nitro fuelled the AI are ruthless and show know mercy I got seriously wrecked on beach cove track I got shot consistently with missles and bowling bombs and other weapons thrown at me in addition to going extremely fast I’ve seen some of them take some of the tracks shortcuts

After you’d entered all character unlock codes you’d get a hidden achievement that DOSN’T count towrds anything but the description has a snarky little remark or such as then EVERYONE could see if you cheated that much. Really wish they kept the code to unlock N tropy. Needing to beat his time trial ghost 30ish times is bullshit. Ive come to terms with the fact that I'll never get him. Im fine with that. I can barely get the sapphire relics in adventure mode. Im sure as hell not doing that shit 30 times. The cheat code was in the original game so its not like its a bad thing to keep it in this game. Hell, id rather buy him in the pit stop for a higher wumpa coin price than do it the other way that feels lile a total chore..😒😓
