Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled - How to Drift Boost

Just a quick little how to when it comes to drifting and boosting in Crash Nitro Fueled. It's pretty simple, but I know everyone learns differently. I had a hard time when I was younger but look at me now! Little better.

So how do you hit that turn button but keep moving forward? Are you using the D-pad or the stick? Seems like every time I hit the turn, I wind up actually turning and veering off left or right and spinning out instead of drifting forward.

Carrie S Did you ever figure it out? Sorry for the very late reply. I’m using the stick! Are you pressing another button? Pressing square (while in jump) can make you completely turn. Also make sure not to hold the direction for too long

I'm still very much on the struggle bus with this. I literally can not do it without doing a nigh-on 180 or crashing into something... sometimes power sliding even slows me down so much that by the time the meter is full the boost barely takes me anywhere...

Julian Lewis You got to fight against it if that make sense. So if you are drifting left, you will have to move the stick a little and a little to the right so you don’t fully turn!
