These are a complete pain in the ass, who was the genius who came up with some kind of pseudo platforming challenge in a fucking racing game. It doesn't really depend on whether you are quick or skilled, but rather on reading the minds of the developers and spending an absurd amount of time finding the route to take all the fucking cristals.

I think it's called "hand breaking" in the game, it's whatever your far left button is on your button pad. Switch is y, xbox is X. Helps you turn on a dime, it's super useful lol especially with crap like this lol
