Warped was my first crash and favorite for a long time, but I will never forget the timeless twinsanity, which was never even properly finished, amazing soundtrack, not so faithful to the original trilogy but interesting gameplay especially with variety, playable characters beside crash with unique abilities, gems weren't super valuable but the scrapped concept art is cool, and most importantly this game nails the characters of crash, personality wise, perfectly. Of course crash is always mute but he's as clueless as ever but somehow wins in the end as usual, I'm sure they wanted to include coco more but the lost time probably hurt that but her short time was good from what I remember, Nina is mute as well but has an awesome design, but most importantly, Neo Cortex, cory barlog took an irredeemable character and gave him qualities to change that and GoW 2018 was one of the best ps4 games ever because of it, Cortex is super funny in this game and before he betrays us in the end as usual he actually changes a lot. He opens up to crash more after being tormented by another one if his animal failures. He introduces us to his daughter... Uh niece. And be honest when we were kids we were kinda just as clueless as crash because after everything we still felt bad for cortex even if he just used crash he made us want to work with him. Sadly but also the most interesting thing to me is the circumstances, apparently less then a year before release their data for the original game got wiped and they had to start over, the fact that even tho it's short, what they accomplished, and the way the characters did things was awesome. Imagine if the game came out as intended. This is the crash they need to remaster, imagine on the Ps5 it would be the biggest and best crash game ever. I will never forget twinsanity!
