the thing about this movie as we learned more about the drug war years later is that if they take down a drug kingpin, in this case, Johnny tapia, another drug kingpin is going to immediately show up and replace his operation and all that work Mike and Marcus did was really for nothing. like filling an easter basket that has it's bottom missing.
