Having ridden Century - the 1st trail. I can confirm that the camera footage doesn't convey how steep it is in parts. (That applies to all of Caidmuir)

Can't beat the GoPro effect! 😉 It's the shifting gravel/shale that does me - I find it really unnerving, as though I'm out of control. Although my riding isn't exactly in control at the best of times! 😂

@@MTBScotland I do now as it happens but the Giro was thoroughly checked at the time, MIPS all intact etc so it's still technically in service. The ground was actually quite soft. Well, compared to a rock or tree...
