If you like it hot, add a few habaneros to your spaghetti sauce. One is probably enough, but I did four, the last time I made it. It was amazing, but almost too hot to eat. I think I'll just add one or two the next time.

Have you considered making a stock out of your crawfish heads then incorporating that into your sauce. Fry heads & claws with garlic,olive oil,salt & pepper. Crush with a potato masher add a couple of glasses of white wine ,boil briefly .Strain .
