In my experience the kids who grow up around cool parents that have fun around them grow up wiser and calmer than the kids who grow up with parents who separate their fun times from their kids which end up rebelling more. I'm doing seven sacks of crawfish and a few hundred pounds of jumbo shrimp in a few weeks for a customer as an appreciation thing here in Houston and I'm nervous. In previous years the shrimp wouldn't peel at all but I've been studying up on your videos and I have high hopes. Thanks for being there!

Can't deny it, this man got me into crawfish, living in middle of nowhere CA it's rare to find in store, but got 2 pounds today, lucky! Ordering more from Cajun Crawfish later, more of that crawfish boudine and tails. Gator Drool too, love that stuff and I'm not the biggest spicy person!

New sub here! I'm embarrassed to say I live in Pensacola and have yet to eat a crayfish. Love seafood and eat my share of everything that swims here in the gulf. I'm about halfway through this video and I'm just like everybody else I love The Kracker!! But I just wanted to say and I doubt he'll ever see this comment, you see him making the funny videos and cooking the food and throwing stuff and making you laugh. But a person doesn't see him putting in all the hard work that he puts in and he's just nonstop go. So I'm glad he makes these videos so people can see just how serious he is about what he does.
