Most all animals do live through their design and do stay amazingly strong and capable. Except domesticated animals, we teach them bad habits…

Awesome! The cones can be found at Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or anywhere that sells sports equipment

hey Tim, I cant do the rocking thing with my toes bent, since they are not flexible enough. is it ok to do it with toes flat?
