nice, as a local i worked out exactly where you are, good shit, subscribed, kinda blowing me away that this is on my doorstep, me and my mates generally only fish the harbour, bit scared of getting out in the open in our little plywood boat, can usually bring home a couple decent snaps if you know the spots tho.

Next time try a different place . Rabbit island gets hammered , take a fish or two but leave the Cray's and mussels alone. It's the only island on our beach . People kayak and paddle board to there take your big flash boat to motiti but watch out the locals as they take pot shots with a 308 if you get close to their pots 😮

He has just as much right to gather kai there as you me or anyone else does no need for threats. Biggest problem the coast along there has is the commercial boats dragging nets and hammering the coast just a few kms of shore

@@mattjones7817 there was no threat simply - big boat big wallet go on leave the small boats and people taking their kids to a safe sheltered place. As for the locals at motiti protecting their Cray pots that was for his safety
