For me, it was 1st grade. I got a 64 crayons pack... And I yelled WHERES MY CRA Z ART?! My Parents said, "They were all sold out." When I Started coloring and, IT WAS AMAZING!

I was in a pre k party (getting ready for kindergarten). When I was at there, they gave me a 64 crayola too. I was amazed. Sadly I lost it but then my cousin gave me a 100 pack now.

These are seriously an engineering marvel. I mean being able to sell a quality product at an affordable price. Especially at the turn of the last century. We all know that Rose Art can't make good crayons. They're too waxy and cheap. I wonder what Binney and Smith would think now. Every solution starts with a problem. Dusty chalk becomes dust free chalk. A man's wife keeps having accidents in the kitchen and cutting herself. He starts making bandages and begins pre-making them because she was so accident prone. He got so tired of pre-making them all the time that he came up with an idea. And thus, Band Aids were born.

I like this beautiful history of crayola or I should say 'oily chalk" or ''crayons get it? Because craie= french for chalk ( or stick of color) and ola = oily (or oleaginous) so you what they say crayola means creativity : ) 🖍️ and also I'm a suadi Arabian 🇸🇦🕋
