Oh neat. When I was involved in this show some years back, we did the arrow as a spring loaded thing in the pole he was standing next to. It flipped down, knocked the gimmicked apple in half, so we made it look like it was actually shot at speed. I love this interpretation with the ghosts guiding it.

Hey Jenna! Thank you for the compliment!! Have you’ve seen the original Broadway Musical version of the show that this song is from? In the Broadway version Krysta Rodriguez plays Wednesday, and does not have braids. Wednesday is grown in the Broadway musical, and is about to be engaged and gets married at the end of the show. Since she plays an older Wednesday in the Broadway version, she doesn’t have braids. Hope that answers your question 😊

If you look for "Clandango", that song was the initial song envisioned for this play. It has Wednesday's braids being cut off to show that is now a woman. It was cut out to be replaced with "When your an Addams". It makes more sense with the story, but "When your an Addams" is a better production number.

omg you are so talented! i’ve been invited to a callback for Wednesday (not a typical audition process as we had to switch shows, our original auditions stand but those wanting big roles have to do a callback with this song) As of now, I haven’t really decided if I want to go for it or not. It’s not that I don’t think I can do it, it’s that the only other girl who’s probably going to is my incredibly talented bestie (we’re a small program) and I feel like she will 100% outshine me lol.
