I'm so glad Nick Maley looks so good and is still so positive. The hurricanes wrecked his museum and he had to rebuild and Covid killed the tourism so thankfully he's bouncing back!

@@OrdinaryAdventures For something that expensive. There is a proper way to present the drink. The snifter should be warmed over a china teacup of hot water before pouring the shot into the glass. The snifter is then set at an angle over the china. This warms the cognac and the angled snifter reduces the alcohol evaporation. Sniff, swirl, and sip the cognac to get the bouquet.... just awesome. I've only had the pleasure of having this once in my life at an open bar. There was no limit on the drink so that is what I ordered. lol

Hello Peter & Kitra - The Maho Beach plane flyover is awesome; been there, done that. It doesn't compare to Washington DC's Gravelley State Point Point Park. It's right off the only road from Reagan National Airport, you can't miss it, but sure Ubers/Lyfts/Cabs pass it by.. You can park, no fee, bike, walk the Mt.Vernon trail, or just sit and watch the planes depart/land. The planes incoming and outgoing are SO MUCH closer & scarier than Maho Beach; plus you have a beautiful view of DC. Maho Beach is ok, DC's Gravelly Park trail I highly recommend if you ever travel to DC. Thx Mary

The airport in Kodiak, AK is similar. The mountains are so close to the water that they had to build out an extension. The planes either back up so the tail is over the bay, or back up so the tail goes up to the only road. Cars have to wait because of the jet wash. So similar....except for the weather. And the freezing water. And the eagles. And the bears. Gotta go, super hungry from watching you eat!
