However they spend two decades making it perfect, but realized that they won't be able to earn back that money. So, I doubt that your average Joe in the early 2000s would wanna spend $100K on a car that's worth $50K without this suspension. In the comments some people were claiming that this Chinese company bought the system and improved it. Bose's system is almost identical to what you see here. Just look it up on KZbin for comparison.

On my father's citroen XM 2.1 turbo diesel, from 1992, works perfectly fine after 330.000km on the clock and 32 years. You don't feel any bump, and can go over speed bumps in third gear driving 40-50km per hour comfortably.

There was a video on why this suspension isn’t more common as it was invented in the 80s, basically it’s dangerous as it isolated the driver from road conditions, same as noiseless tyres that do exist but are outlawed because drivers lose focus on the road.
