6:45 is my favorite college football game ever played. I watched that at 9 years old. Michigan came back down 14 twice in that game. The Tom Brady to David Terrell connection was insane.

That LSU game vs TN was shameful refereeing. If the offense substitutes the defense needs to be given a chance to do so as well. The umpire needs to stand over the ball for 10 seconds.

Bruh they still had 13 on the field 😂
@chrismartindale78403 ай бұрын
@@adrianb5927 but the moment the umpire got over the ball there was 10 seconds left. After 10 seconds over the ball the clock is at 0. The number of players is irrelevant then.

I figured the Cornhuskers would be up there, but at least we've never lost a game the way Rutgers did. Spiking it on 4th down. Damn I hope I didn't just jinx us.

So sick and tired of seeing that Michigan - Michigan State fumbled snap. Not because I’m a diehard fan, but because I’ve seen it on every single damned highlight reel on KZbin. It’s just old. It’s the most seen one I’ve seen on KZbin and it’s not even close.
@AaMmack19 күн бұрын
As good as this compilation is, do have to admit how much is missing. A handful of the ones that made it in could’ve been supplemented for something else with a bit more pizzazz, such as how Kirk Cousins’ last college game ended; blocked FG in 3OT.

The ND vs FSU offensive PI is a play i think all fans and refs should watch. THIS is the difference between PI and the "rub" route we often see. Rub routes are perfectly legal and smart to call against aggressive man coverage. But you cant just start blocking and pushing a guy back as we see here. Had he attempted to run/break any direction and pushed against him, thats fine. But to run straight at the defender and push him backwards? Nah.
@user-fk2el7ti1t2 ай бұрын
It's not offensive PI in ANY capacity. Defender initiates contact. And yes, the rules and other officials have defended ND on this call.
@zacharyscott67792 ай бұрын
@@user-fk2el7ti1t if that's the case why don't teams just have players stop running routes and set blocks every time they play a team that runs bump n run man coverage? There's a difference in being physical at the line, jockeying for position and just running straight at a defender and blocking him to prevent him from covering someone. The ND guy had ZERO plans of ever running any direction except toward the DB to block him. I don't doubt you've heard/saw what you're saying but I've seen the opposite said. Probably why it's such a controversial play.
@crmsntyde4ever4282 ай бұрын
Kudos to the referees at the 5:00 mark for making the correct offensive pass interference call...If only the referees had the guts to make that call against Clemson in the 2016-2017 Natl Title game...Feel free to pull up the play and see for yourselves

I remember watching that game and i'm a huge ND Fan, and I was so pissed that it was called, but I understand why that was the correct call.
@user-fk2el7ti1t2 ай бұрын
It wasn't the correct call. Watch it again, the defender initiates contact. What was Prosise supposed to do, fall down? And the FSU defender (#8) was complaining to his own teammates, not the officials. That play was analyzed by other officials at the time and determined that they should not have thrown a flag on that. Add to the bad call was that they told Kelly after the game, they called it on Will Fuller (who wasn't making much contact) AND that the FSU player took his helmet off immediately after the TD. That should've been 15 yds
