Orthofeet shoes are $$$ - look them up. The Arnold Palmer signature looks good - he had a very distinctive signature - the date may be helpful if you can identify where the picture was signed - was Palmer there that day? Golf clubs are old, worth nothing. I agree the gun is very strange - it didn't look like the unit owner was wealthy enough to afford a gun like that.

There may be a print or photo enclosed in the folded cardboard, in that box with the empty frame, from the box that says Base Pictures. That's a common way to protect such items, before they get framed.

They used to have someone who would fly around and take aerial pictures of farms and fancy houses and then they would show you the pictures and you could buy it. My Aunt and Uncle had one.

Hey Jebus, my magnet fishing guy also does storage units. He collects all the miscellaneous tool and throws them in empty toolboxes/bags and when they have a goodcollection they sell them for 1-200 bucks. Just wanted to toss that idea out there. Could do it with fishing stuff as well.

The Palmer print or painting would do very good on what not if it's in good shape after you take the broken glass out That's worth more than anything in the unit if It is in damage too bad because of the broken glass I take it out of that frame though

The black thing you picked up about 17:05 is to catch fruit flies, we have it and it’s great. It has a light on top that attracts insects the fan pulls them in then they stick to a sticky pad that you place on the bottom.

I got a unit yesterday in maine. Found 3 1853 1 dollar gold coins and one 2 and a half dollar1915 gold coin. Oftentimes when a storage locker items are randomly placed in boxes with no rhyme or reason, it's because the contents are from an eviction and the items are packed by eviction company and because they can't just dumped them they pay to rent storage lockers and notify the owners where their evicted personal property items are stored.
