They did the same thing to me a few years ago. Called PS upper management and they gave me three locations that I could not due to a specific manager all else is good.

Public Storage made a stupid business decision to bann someone who spent thousands of dollars with them. A smart business would ask about what happened. And possibly ask for suggestions to help improve...and maybe even give a discount on next Auction bid.

Im so glad you got storage treasure fixed but yea that's so petty that the other place bannedyou. Doesn"t do anything for their customer service. They lied to Storage Treasure. They could have reached out to you and said ,were sorry for all the run around. Let us make this up to you. Then you could have given them a good review. But now they have lost a customer and now everybody knows that they lie and their pettiness is bad PR. So sad that the world is getting so senitive and hearts are growing cold. I fear it's only going to get worse. Keep the Faith.

Well this tells a lot about Public Storage lack of customer service. I certainly will not be renting a unit let alone bid on a unit. This also tells us a lot about Storage Auction Treasures 😁😁😁Bottom line is, the truth hurts. Then to add salt to their wound, they get petty, pout, hold their breath and stamp their feet! Time for a lawyer. You need to seek one that works in business law especially for tortious interference. That means they have cost you money. I think you have no problem showing that that has happened. A common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships. Just let the lawyer handle it all. You will get a apology and they will rescind the ban or you will own them. :) Millions of lost dollars business.
