The content in this music video was unexpected and threw us off to the point we forgot to discuss the songs lyrical content. Kim is on point with mass shooters becoming famous because of the media's obsession of reporting them. If the media would stop glorifying their work then possibly we'd see less of it happening in the U.S.

Honestly after watching a bunch of their music I did somehow get the impression they were Australian, and confirmed later looking into them. Something about the irreverent sense of humour is very Australian to me, or maybe I subconciously recognized the accent creeping through in spoken parts. From what little I've heard they go by they/them anyway so thats what I've been using.

Japan: mass suicide and significant knife violence. Australia: shootings and significant knife violence. Mexico: cartel violence that is indescribable. Which I have seen up close given past employment. India: one of the highest levels of kidnapping and rape in the world. U.K.: random acid attacks and staggering knife violence.

I only started listening to Rammstein last month and just today decided to check out Kim Dracula, who, to my SHOCK, is from good old Tasmania in Australia (I live in the next state north in Australia LOL). That was EXACTLY MY reaction when I first heard Kim Dracula. I was, like, WTF is this shit, but then, like mold, it grew on Me. Now I can tolerate the weirdness and he's cute. To Me, it's like a mix between Korn, Marilyn Manson and Linkin Park or the band you mentioned. I think he looks SO beautiful in makeup and a wedding dress, but lose the fake boobs. When I first heard this song, the video had not been released yet so I only heard the audio. I didn't really like it because it felt too all over the place, like he tried to do too much for one song. After really looking at the lyrics and watching the video though, it clicked on what it was supposed to be about and now I'm obsessed.
