Curse of the Spawn was a sub series of the main spawn series. That told a different story each time. Each story was 4 issues long. This statue is based off the first story. It took place far into the future on a very shitty earth and told the story of this particular spawn. Another one of the stories took place during the time of the Greek gods and told the story of another spawn. The last one I’m aware of focused on Sam and Twitch and told the story of Suture.

Stronger greens on the blood would’ve been much cooler. Colour is a little dull overall, should have dull mixed with bright contrasts to be perfect.

Statue looks great! I would Love to see Other companies producing 1/4 or 1/3 scale Spawn statues, but I don't think so it's going to happen. The licence is Todd Mcfarlane's precious thing,he would not let it out of his hands....... The Spawn universe has so many awesome creatures,incredible how they would look in a bigger scale! Even love the small Mcfarlane Spawn figures,that's what got me into collecting.......

Wow😃 The first Curse of the Spawn statue was already epic and now they just raised the bar🤩 I think both statue are totally worth owning even if your not a fan of the comics. I have been a big Spawn fan since Mcfarlane left Marvel to make his own comics and Spawn was his Frankenstein creation. Loved going to Toys R us and KB toys to get the theam spawn figures. This monstrosity of a Curse of Spawn statue reminds me of those days long gone. Gone along with KB and Toys R Us. This is one very large piece (that's what she said) for a Spawn statue. It has a lot going on, which is a very McFarlane still of doing things. This sculpture is very impressive and it doesn't disappoint. Best of luck and congrats to those that are able to get one of the exclusives. Very masterfully made.

I skipped Curse of Spawn in the comics, from what I remember it wasn't Al Simmons. but anyway this is a great piece. I love watching these videos because I live through yous guys. I never bought a 1:3 scale but you convinced me with the previous Curse of Spawn. I was about to say No to it (I know this character, in my eyes the only thing he was missing were the bone barb wire chains) but when you told me the updated version is having them I caved in and got it. I kind of like it more without the cape but not a deal breaker (He wore it in the comics). What about that Scythe? Does it come with a regular hand too? I'd much rather use that one. I'd rather have him with a victorious pose, hands in the air, and chains flowing around

Jeez, didn't think this statue could get better! Easy 5/5. Only thing I'm not crazy about is that chain; makes it too busy and looks a little plastic-y to me. Minor complaint though overall.
