Another awesome find, Parker. I was born in '64, so none of these things look that old to me. Judging by the letter on the table, it appears that Adel's mother wrote it, and Adel was not well. The sell stickers are what is done when someone is going to do an estate sale. I wonder if Adel is still hanging around the old house? Nice opener. You are getting much better at editting. It's great to see you are still exploring. Be safe.

Awesome video Parker! The writing on walls seems like local kids. The letter is definitely older style of handwriting ❤ Maybe after the owner passed, relatives labelled things for sale, yet never bothered to come back. Sad to see these gorgeous houses and items fall into states of abandonment.

I could spend a week in this house looking through and organizing things. The house itself and all the old wood work is great too. I hope it doesnt just sit forever and rott away. I hope someone does come back and clean it up.

another Great explore Parker, i loved that old Westinghouse Record Player , and that little transistor radio you found, and the old Amana refrigerator,,,, that has to go back at least to the late 50's, and that record player is probably early to mid 1960's, that house could be redone, it doesn't look in all that bad of shape, didn't notice any water damage or roof leaks, and i loved the wood paneling, very 1960ish hope somebody grabs the place and fixes it up, before the damn vandals get in and wreck it !

Fantastic. I really enjoyed the intro. This house was amazing. Full of antiques. When you first mentioned the sell stickers I thought maybe they had planned to sell things a long time ago and never did, but then I realized the paper was too white and the tape was still sticky. I paused the video and read through much of the letter. It's amazing that letter still sits there. I wonder if her dear daughter read it? Or was she the dear daughter that had fallen ill? As always, really great video. I like how your videos are progressing into a very professional and respectful approach. 👍

Relatively good job on the filiming. Its nice that you don't keep yapping throughout the video like some do. Also good that you focus in on areas and take you time filming and don't make viewers sea sick. Keep up the good work. As for the sell stuff, I think that was probably over a long time ago. Probably family has all but forgotten about this place and didn't figure that crap inside was going to garner much money. Too bad really.
