crazy aerial acrobat thing

this footage was taken off my friends security dvr. I am working on getting the original footage from her dvr which has been I storage. this little guy seems like he is swimming in the air. just sort of hanging out with no real purpose. my friend thinks he is trying to get into her apartment at one point. and he develops a clone of some sort that follows his movements in the distance.
my friend went outside to investigate at one point, but was. it able to see or hear the anomaly.
I've seen one other video online that features a similarly acting orb and am asking anyone that can weigh in on its origin, purpose, etc.
