@I am Marwa please get the clay and sounding soil tested. Areas like that don’t usually have just one chemical component. You want to make sure there is nothing harmful in the soil. You don’t want to open yourself up to any lawsuits.

I am an engineer If you take those water to it, you got a few days ago and put them on the roof Then take the water pump and pump the water from the ground to the water tanks It will create a gravity for the water to go down into the house, and you can use the toilets and sinks with running water God bless you my friend

Please be careful of mudslides, first of all use concrete steel rods, sand and cement for reinforcements before someone is buried alive.

No reason to not place some of the many large rocks available in the village to step on to get to and from the stream as well as under the newly formed "water fall" to stabilize the spot where the water meets the ground and to also create a cleaner spot to stand on while trying to cleanse one's body.

I've suggested thus many times as I see kids and adults struggle thru mud to get to the stream to bathecor retrieve water for other reasons. Root exposure from large trees along the banks of the stream are accidents waiting to happen.

@@user-di6dj7fg7u that's life in Africa. You can only fix a few things. Most of the time, the way we live is by God's grace. You see kids play, swim, drink that water and they don't fall sick!!! But a person used to the lot life abroad and they come to that water to drink it..... Trust me they would fall sick. How do you explain that? I think it's that African bodies have developed immunity after prolonged exposure to such conditions. So there's so much in africa that you see that can cause accidents, even bad roads, ditches in the roads, DMC public vehicles etc but we live by the grace of God.

That water if it continues flowing like that it may eat up your land slowly by slowly and it might develop a big crack.. Find a way to prevent that from happening because there is too much water flowing along that clay bath section

When you build the retaining wall make sure there is some steel to reinforce the concrete. Maybe the chicken also so you have both vertical and horizontal strength. The engineer is the best to really sign off on the proper course of action.

Just a suggestion, you may need some portable toilets. Let's say if you get for example 1000 guests, you will need more toilets than what you currently have. Plus, more means they don't stand in line. Also, have someone supplying or selling mosquitoe repellents and nests.

Marwa listen to the advice of your supporters, find someone with experience who will know what materials to use to build this yoga/bathing area. Ask yourself if your engineer building your house knows about this type of construction.

Marwa! Please endeavour to proactively manage (secure) the edges of that tributary (you call RIVER). I think there is ongoing erosion of the edges, which appears to be gradual and progressive. You need a structural engineer to help you work on those edges and the areas surrounding the water to prevent the earth from collapsing, especially during heavy rain falls or floods. This waterfall needs a big rock to prevent the soil from collapsing.

Marwa please do some protection around the (waterfall). First protect the walls around it, then deviate the flow course and protect the plunge area with some stones and gravel or sand at the base, create a clean basin around the plunge are and clean the river bed to prevent debris back up. Redirect the water to its original path after all protection are strong enough. Create a good ladder or stairs to access the natural fall site and this will ensure some stability and safety.

Hi Marwa, For cooks, please provide cooking gloves, hair nets, aprons, and mosquito nets. Water stations and trash cans should be positioned all around the compound. For those you are employing for the party, consider providing special tee shirts to quickly identify them. There should be a supervisor for each major area i.e. food, service, security, music, etc.

Hey Marwa I was doing a little research about compacted soil breaking soils. They say that manures gypsum earth or dust can harden the soil. A question for you are you going to put cement between the stones and treat the surrounding cracking soil with compost gypsum manure and so on. what about bricks for the inside do you think that would work also. I really love that romantic hide out of a hole in the ground ha ha ha I love it wash away your Dead skins in Marwa's Clay Bath ha ha ha. Another thing you all look like little silk worms wiggling down into the sleeping bags. You guys are like an Ocean full of fun I really love all of you.

Hey Marwa, this is your Jamaican brother. You did not ask for my advice but I feel obligated to bring some things to your attention regarding the clay project. I would humbly suggest that you get the clay tested for toxicity levels before you invest in it. I would also suggest you use Gabion baskets to stabilize the river banks instead of blocks and concrete. One love.
