Sri Lanka's Craziest Bus! 🇱🇰

Sri Lanka, Dikwella, Ella Rock. I got on the bus from Matara to the beautiful Ella mountains. I was expecting a peaceful, scenic bus journey but it turned out to be one of the craziest and wildest bus journeys I had in my life!

Ali, Congratulations. That is one of the best video I have seen and really cool to have a local guy from the UK doing a video about my home country which I left 48 years ago. Sanka was cool too . Bus rides can be amazing and express means express in Sri Lanka when it comes to buses. As a bus driver in England,I am tame compared to Sri Lanka bus drivers who drive manual buses like automatics .

Buddy, when u take a seat on a bus, never sit behind the rear wheel. Always sit between the front and rear wheels, that way you don't sway or get thrown up and down. Applies to any bus in any country.

Bro it's called Thambili not coconuts in Sri Lanka. You can drink the water and get him to cut the fruit and eat the delicious kernel inside. He will cut a piece and give u to scoop the stuff. Very good in the heat especially. All the best

yes many bus drivers are with lack of discipline in our country but i think though we say that it's difficult to reach the destination on time without a speed like that in srilanka..bcz of lack of comfortable roads etc..it will take so much time if the driver's don't folllow that speed..

Sometimes they get a better deal than locals. 😅 LOCALS are more likely you they just ask the price after the service and pay what ever the price. Even if they say something more maximum it will be 2 to 3 Hendred RS. enjoy your stay in SRILANKA. Don't forget to be in Colombo to see a NAWAM perahera ( prossession ) . Probably middle of February. It's by the BEIRA LAKE COLOMBO. BUDHIDST PROSSESSION ANU ALLY HELD BY GANGARAMAYA TEMPLE .ONLY SECOND TO KANDY DALADA PERAHERA. 100 S OF ELEPHANTS BEAUTIFULLY DRESSD & 1000S OF DRUMMERS AND DANCERS.
