I didn't say the driver didn't make a mistake but that they BOTH made a mistake and yet that idiot gets crazy. But the bottom line is : the driver should have stop, you're right, but he had right of way : the biker has a stop sign AND a "yield" sign. The biker ignores the stop (same as the car), he just goes as you say, they both pass the stop line at the same time and he fails to yield and then he is stupid enough to put the video on youtube and whine that he was in danger. And then someone puts it in a compilation named "CRAZY & ANGRY PEOPLE vs BIKERS".
