CRAZY Ape Proto Race!!! +100 hp, 600cc Motorbike Engine Swap from Honda & Kawasaki!!! - Loris Rosati

I had the pleasure of filming a CRAZY modified Ape Proto race that underwent a real engine swap directly from motorcycles such as Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. These vehicles, very light and reinforced by solid roll bars have impressive power, even over 100 hp. Thanks to 600cc engines and weighing just a few hundred Kilos allow performance and enthralling evolutions, as in the case of Loris Rosati and his vehicle, veteran of these races and that never denied to the public with drifting and really funny passages on 2 wheels. You can see them during the motors event called Ruotando Show at the Cesena expo, enjoy!
Ho avuto il piacere di assistere ad una gara di pazzeschi Ape Proto modificati che hanno subito un vero trapianto di motore direttamente da motociclette quali Honda, Kawasaki e Suzuki. Questi mezzi, molto leggeri e rinforzati da solidi roll bar hanno petenze impressionanti nell'odine anche dei 100cv grazie a motori da 600cc e pesando davvero poche centinaia di chili permettono prestazioni ed evoluzioni entusismanti, come nel caso di Loris Rosati ed il suo mezzo, veterano di queste gare e che non si nega mai al pubblico con derapate e passaggi su 2 ruote davvero divertenti. This is the first time I see something like this. The rear end looks similar to that of a cross kart or sprintcar. They have similar engines as well.

Exactly. The cab of the vehicle is derived from a commercial 3-wheeled vehicle built by Piaggio but all the rest is modified, it looks like a cross-kart with one wheel less. The lack of a wheel makes it more unstable but also much more spectacular and fun to see because the challenge is not only going fast but also keep it on track without capsizing 😂

In my opinion this is better than F1... I mean nowadays F1 Is like watching F1 in the 80's and 90's...... Look in that group of pilots, thare is Rosati, he is the Ayrton Senna of this amazing format of racing...

You are right; It doesn't take long to create better races than the current boring Formula 1. Lori Rosati is certainly the most competitive and spectacular driver in this sport 👍
