Good job buddy, nice vid ! Asp fishing in the main current is so much fun. I had some similar days end of november last year, had to throw the bait over the entire river to reach them. Up to110m and then drag them all the way to my side (strong carp rod, big reel with 00,8mm line and 60g pirk). It took 10min to get them sometimes.

Superb video as always. I have noticed that this is your winter spot for Asp. Can you explain why is Asp located in that spot? The current is very strong, and i would pass by this spot thinking that there is no active predator there…

After 3 days 4 sessions of zander fishing 1st session 10 bites hooking and losing one catching none and 3 session without even one bite I visit you to see a catch😅 I am amazed how much asp you catch 😃its on my bucketlist for this year only asp i catch is on riverlakes on ultralight some years back on small poppers fishing for perch biggest asp where maximum 35 or maybe 40 I see you catch asp like theres nothing else in that river😅 I met someone on the canal i fish a few weeks back he was fishing dropshot and hooked a 10 to 15kg carp in the tail and he landed it 😂😂 Was a reall buffalo So it would have been nice if you catch him Nice video again 👍 Do you ever fish pike or blackbass? I see Italian lakes have nice pike And blackbass or is blackbass more to the south ? 😊

Not many pikes left in the wild. Black bass are easier to find.

Huh … looks like you had some thought sessions there, hope things will get better for you soon. I don’t have pike close to me (except some private lakes that I do my best to avoid) and I should drive for about 3 hours to get there. Bass … I have some, but to be honest I don’t go crazy for them. Sometimes, when I have just a couple of hours for fishing I go to fish for them, have even caught a few really good ones in the past. If you check some older video you’ll see a couple of small bass there 😂. Cheers mate 🤘🍻 ps: and yeah, try to catch some big asp in big currents … you’ll go crazy after one bite 😉

you can catch them everywhere ... some spots are better than the others but you list them all. consider just that they feed on sight and plenty of time by reflex ... so in certain spots going crazy fast can be the right move. cheers buddy ...

Great session. There is something wrong with the hooks on your handmade lures. Incredible amount of missed strikes on them. Size, model, sharpness, something does not fit.

@@AnEm_Fishing if you want to make an experiment, try that type of lure with only one, front hook. One number bigger then the one you use when you put 2 hooks. Like on RH...the fish can inhale the lure much easier that way. Works well for me.
