Today I'm playing Crazy Backup Dancers on piano!! This is Mai & Satono's Theme from Touhou 16 HSiFS. I mean, the title is right...this piece is pretty crazy. Just as crazy as the fight itself...the destroyers of 1CCs.
Even though I've been playing these games for years now, this is still a fight where I just kinda hope to get lucky on some of the spellcards... especially Dance Sign "Behind Festival". What a nightmare. Unless you spam releases, of course...

@@Notfunnomore Hmm. I don't remember if I already said something like this, but I believe I'm actually not that great at giving tips. As a self-taught, I don't really know what works and what doesn't. I can probably say some obvious things though, like don't start by playing hard/show-off pieces. Play something that you like and build your skills up from there. (some good beginner Touhou pieces are Lullaby of Deserted Hell, Green-Eyed Jealousy or Ultimate Truth for example) Don't practice TOO much, as you can probably get tired overtime. And, most importantly, have fun and be patient :) No pianist can become excellent in like a few days lol

I've always had the impression that, even though the term "Crazy" is in the literal title, ZUN wanted to go more with a "creepy" vibe than an actual insane one. I believe ZUN himself said at some point that the "Land of the Back Door" was the creepiest Touhou setting at the time. It's supposed to be rather unsettling, but not "too" powerful of a theme I guess
