Gotta agree with X at the end. There's no way a cop should get shot in the head several times, "die" or get knocked out (idk how 5 headshots can KO someone... but sure) and still be able to give a description of who shot them. That just goes against everything RP related. And I'm pretty sure there's a server rule about what you're allowed to remember after you get killed, depending on how you died, especially if you get headshot multiple times But whatever this is just a game and X is just stressing himself out for nothing at least i hoped he would have contained the magma

According to RP rules, she should've forgotten about the last couple moments right before she got downed. She should've said something along the lines of "I don't know who shot me! It happened really fast, I don't even know what happened... And my head is still hurting (because she got head shot multiple times and it wouldn't make any sense to act like you just got knocked out with some sleeping gas........) It's like that officer that got shot by X and instantly said "it was X" but even worse. It's a typical "Cops Can't Lose" scenario. Whatever you do, you lose. No way to RP it out because cops are spoiled pussies that need to win every time

XQC needs to get a good lawyer, GSR can be done on any person who is unconscious or deceased, without there consent. One thing NoPixels should have, is when there’s no judge available, suspects should have a chance to post bail until there is a judge. Also cops can be revive faster, but should not be able to return to the same call where they were down, since the suspect/s need to wait as well.(sorry for being long context)

Even if these non-existent "quotas" existed, police would have absolutely no incentive to meet them (because they have zero affiliation to the state prisons budget). There are no quotas, laws, rules, policies, or whatever you want to call it, that require police to fill prisons. The "quotas" you're referring to (that you know jack shit about), are actually contracts affiliated to for-profit prisons (where prisoners usually do labor). The contracts specify a certain number of beds as a base, and if there are not enough prisoners, the governments involved pay a set fee. This means state prisons transfer prisoners to for-profits to maintain their capacity (they're not arresting more, they're just transferring more. Why the fuck would we arrest more if we already have a reserve of hundreds of thousands of prisoners? You can't be that fucking dumb?). Regardless, the police and the prisons are two completely different departments. Police, at no point in time, were/are pressured to arrest anyone for the sake of filling a prison.

Even if you dont think about it very hard I arrived at the same exact conclusion. After a criminal record and a history of cops stealing between $3,000 and $30,000 every time a cop miraculously recalls the description of a shooter after being head tapped multiple times. At some point you sit back and think... fuck these guys. From in character, out of character, to third party perspective it's all bullshit. Wrangler is the worst "police officer" yet the best cop on the force. He is creative and works with the criminals to give them plea deals, cash, reduced fines, and he loses his memory when he gets headshot. That's respectful gameplay. He does also slap charges and fines on people when they deserve it and aren't connected enough for a plea deal... just like in real life. It's perfect RP even though he's a corrupt beat cop.

Bruh. Idk how I feel about the whole mald RP in the bank heist clip. I understand the 3 extra charges for the attempted murder, that actually makes sense even if he "didn't shoot". And it was really weird how he was malding so hard towards cathfawr like in the "I didn't interact with you" part and for stalling. Maybe it's because I'm a youtube frog and he was at the infamous "12-hour" mark or whatever. The 2nd clip makes a little more sense the ranger had no reason to GSR, the ranger could have RP'ed it out by saying "the PD sent out a notice of a man dressed all black last seen in the mountains" which also really wouldn't make sense since X literally was in a tinted car. Him randomly doing a GSR and frisking him made no real sense in that context. So he was understandably upset. But if this highlight is an edited down version of key points in the stream, and it's just 1 hour of malding, I can't imagine what the rest of the stream was like yesterday. Recently I've started to agree with the sub that no pixel isn't really all that fun anymore if it's just constant mald, I really hoped to see more of the chaos storyline play out instead of this tbh...

the cop only had reasonable suspicion to frisk, they didn't have probable cause to search, a bulge (ASSUMED to be a gun in a country where anyone can legally get a gun, keep in mind he said he was trapping so it's completely reasonable to bring a gun for safety aswell, hence gsr) and a matching a vague clothes description (all black). even without all of this i am pretty sure your first concern when you see someone that has just been bit by a cougar should be to rush them to safety

The main problem I see with the PD is that even though they're shot 5 times in the face they still get the description of the shooter. In reality with this episode... if you were shot 3 times in the head and 2 in the chest you aren't GIVING a description of a shooter. Somehow every single cop on the force has titanium skulls and steel trap memories. You would have no "matching identity of the shooter" nor any probably cause or reasonable suspicion. You would not be able to GSR test the corpse on the mountain, search the body to find a handgun, pat someone down and find a HUNTING RIFLE that you "cannot see", nor add any of those charges to his record. You would not be able to steal his cash for committing a crime that you now have no causal link to believe that he committed. The fail RP is NOT on the arresting officer... except he piloted a helicopter without a license potentially. The fail RP is with the shot down officer. In the beginning it was required that you lost the last 30-60 seconds of your memories and wouldn't have the identity of the shooter when being shot in the face. Police don't do this. They remember everything at all times. That's broken af. Criminals CANNOT equalize a wide and immediate spread of insanely accurate and illegitimately passed information. There is NO PRESSURE that you can put on them that will equalize the advantage that the police have. The only possibility is to severely reduce the sentences and remove the cash fine entirely. Crimes should come with quick and simple penalties.
