I think the only reason it's discouraged is because if everyone starts doing it there would probably be a decrease in quality of RP, but ya it should still happen to a certain degree. It does bring in some more realism, which is always good as long as it isn't a direct obstruction to content

You also need to get the evidence of them breaking the rules and take it to discord. that woman cop clicked "vehicle scuff" to get free repairs when she clearly knew it was "evidence of a crime" as she had it highlighted and changed it. She would of been forced to drop the whole thing or even get banned. also if the cop car identified you leaving the shooting. why did it not turn around and chase you?
