Nothing better than finding a toy you didn't know you needed. That would make a great name for a collectsble toy store.

you're so right. I don't really care about a number grade, but the acrylic case makes the figure look so special. an added bonus is it preserves the artwork on the figures. I'm working on getting all of the COPS and Crooks figures graded, because i love the artwork on those cards and the packaging speaks to me. Same for the original vintage TMNT line (just the turtles for me though).

I love Dallas vintage toys. I really love going there once in a while and grabbing cool stuff there by the way pixel Dan do you think maybe next year you could come to the JoeFest It’s really awesome it’s kind of like power con but instead of being focused on he-man it’s focused on G.I. Joe and they have other stuff besides G.I. Joe it’s really up your alley, so maybe you could ask him if you could come It’s in Augusta, Georgia

The head on that Cobra Commander is a call back to the twelve inch Hall of Fame figure from two years before hand who had a head that looked like that under his hood. The Battle Corp Duke from that same year also was based on the Hall of Fame version.

Graders to me, now hear me out, are like soldiers that fight for your country. Some ones gotta do it to preserve what you believe in and tho i dont quite find it in myself, i thank god some one does.
@Elshiem11 ай бұрын
Nah, the majority of the graders only do that to up the value of their figure to sell it or they think they are a elite because they have graded figures. You DON'T NEED graduation to conservate a figure. It can be conservated in the exact same box without graduation, but they want the extra money
@jimidunlap891911 ай бұрын

It the movie, it's revealed that CC was part of a blue skinned race of people, then he gets turned into a snake. Then in the cartoon episodes " Operation Dragonfire," he gets turned into a Snakeman.
@KintounKal11 ай бұрын
I don't see how you can reject the validity of Cobra Commander having caucasian skin and black hair when his eyes are visible on so many versions. If Sunbow Productions Cobra Commander really was blue skinned underneath the hood in seasons 1-2, he must have worn a disguise as well to look more human. Like it or not, Hasbro's G.i. Joe: A Real American Hero toyline was always tied much more closely to the Marvel comic book than the animated series. Since Cobra Commander was never associated with Cobra-La in Larry Hama's continuity, there's no reason why they'd incorporate that origin in a face sculpt sold seven years later.
@Convoy00X11 ай бұрын
@@KintounKal there's a large number of people that never knew about the comics and only knew CC as the snake that was once a man.
