I distinctly remember putting the stickers one mine as a kid. Great set.

I remember being disappointed every day the mail ran for like eight weeks until that magic day I walked to the mailbox down the street and opened the door to find a small brown box! But it was today, that I learned it had a chest piece because mine came with only the blades and mask. I think I was just too excited to get the package that I didn't read the instructions. I just tore into the box and threw the packaging into the trash! I probably threw it away and didn't even know it existed!

Ive still got my childhood technodrome and the eye ball never sat properly, it always fell straight off.

I've just bought this but with no Turtles in. No Michelangelo on the door gun and also none of the others.

Long video is fine for me, just discovered this line recently.😁 Shame about the Casey mask but given the modular nature maybe later they'll do a better mask like they've done with the head sculpt complaint revisions. Also do kind of wish there was a bat in there, if they don't have an Eternian bat, then a wasted opportunity to not make one.😉 I like TMNT Teela, the turtle armor is a good design in my eyes. Lol they'd be some pretty bad designers if they screwed up Skeletor, knocked that one out of the park. I like the wig on Mikey, totally get what they were going for Ie. homage. Solid Leo design. Stealth He-Man is okay but pretty hard to top that awesome mutant version. Must saw the April looks much better once you get it out of the packaging and pose the wings and get the hammer in her hands. Liking the Hordak but that face paint, I could do better than that. That is the buffest Splinter I've ever seen heh. Wow that Merman turned out great, a sweet example of molded plastic colors, I don't usually like transparency. You can't wrong with snake or skull motifs, the snake men ones turned out really nice especially Rattlor. Hey it's a transformation, the muscles grew so big the shell had to recede to accommodate them lol, I like the shell still being part of their anatomy though like tough leathery skin plates.

The Origins figure loots like it reuses the head and axe from Classics, but that doesn't really matter to me. Looks good on an Origins buck.

Wel to be fair, Eternians can't tell the difference between He-man and Faker, or that Prince Adam looks exactly like He-man, so He-man in a turquoise cloak would be well disguised.

Classics version will always be better than Origins for me. Feels like they got the scale wrong on this one?

There are some great figures in this line. I bought some of them. To me the April-Sorceress is the best looking female ORIGINS figure yet.

I think "unsuspecting turtle who's been strapped to the bed" is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. Like, I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree, but if I was strapped down, I'd start to suspect something.

If I ever won the lotto, I would pick one up. They are 2k on Ebay now. Some gougers want a LOT more. Star Wars collectibles are like classic cars for Boomers. Once Gen X is gone, the market will rapidly diminish. If I did pick it up, it would only be used to augment and only be populated with vintage Kenner figures from 1977 to 1985. Stan Solo or Next 17. The Vintage series is goofy. Star Wars is trying to be GIJoe. I honestly don't know how anyone goes for them.

Cool as this is, and I know it's a limited indie production, nearly $200 for what's basically a 40yr old vintage figure with little to no articulation and only "unique sculpt" and nostalgia to push it, it's overpriced asf... COOL, but 100% overpriced... I understand licensing and production probably being a ton for these guys since it's not a Playmates offering, but at almost $200 a pop, I just can't... that's like "Boutique Vinyl Figure" prices, which I also consider to be ridiculously priced...

There’s a huge flaw with the legs if you bend them too far back they snap off mine broke so I sent it in and got a new one and then plastic on the legs do not feel good still if I bend it too far back it will break anyone have this problem?

Missed out on the Original Leonardo, so the new one works for a replacement, took the hood and the lower "cloak" part off too, but added the loincloth from Mikey, i didn't like it on him, placed on the Leonardo.

A lot of these have been sort of popping up in mini-waves. I’m loving this line too, my 4-year-old absolutely adores them, as I knew he would. I think he actually likes TMNT better than MotU, which is fine! I’ve held off on the high school Turtles only because I’ve been trying to get different characters first. But I did see those 3 Mutants Unleashed figures pop up simultaneously with the 3 Mutant Mayhem figures, and the first wave of Mix and Match Mutation figures. And then like a month or two ago, a second shipment came in with Turbo Cammy, Ray Fillet and the newest wave of Mix and Match figures. I’ve been gradually collecting all of the individual figures, still can’t find Leatherhead! Crabapult is pretty cool-looking, but I agree, the articulation is very loose and he can’t stand at all with the trash can on his back. ~Damon

Sometimes I forget to watch toy review videos on mute, so I can see the closeup shots without the ad-nauseam, energy-draining, fine-tooth comb critiquing that only obsessive adults are capable of. 🤦 Although I did bust out laughing in the closing at the line, "I didnt find a lot of them ultra exciting." Like WHAT, was that Mattels end-goal? to excite men in their late 40s? 😂

I HATED the bulked-up look, and especially the terrible sculpt on Leia's face! I held off for a LONG time before a friend got me the Han Solo figure, then I caved and had to get the whole line of orange-card figures. Thank The Force that they had the smarts to cgange the sculpts and make them a LOT better!!!

I think the removable shells (on the Turtles themselves) is just a "side effect" of the removable/mix and match aspect of the origins line, since in the actual mini comics they don't remove their shells to use as shields.

Im curious why Teela wasnt a mutant? like she has the enchantress form or whatever couldnt they have done something with that? Or maybe its gonna be its own separate figure mayhaps hm

I personally would have holes that go under the armor so you could attach the shell without the armor

I think they are doing the sheild shell so the armor can be used on ther figures

Heck yah I’m collecting this still. It’s amazing. Cant believe how well each figure is and how deep they’ve went. You can tell there is a lot of love and thought put into each character. Job well done. I’m hoping for a vehicle and small playset
