this is a cool presentation of just how varied peoples play styles can be. you play this game like an arcade skate game or play it realistic. not to mention alot of spots and lines become unlocked when you play with low gravity and super high pops and vice versa etc.

The least enjoyable skateboarding game ever made. Even when you're amazing at it, it feels like a constant battle against laggy delayed clunky awful controls and doing incredible stuff still doesn't feel rewarding at all. It's a shame what this game could've been but the devs just cash grab with maps instead of actually working on the mechanics.

The reward part is the worst. XL (modded) somehow mapped the “essence” of skating perfectly, Session just tried to make it complicated for the sake of it being a simulator. It’s like if you made a skating game where you do tricks by manually inputting code into a text window to set the physics of the trick and then press play, it may be more complex but that clearly isn’t “simulating” skateboarding. XL (modded) simulates all of the best parts of skating, Session simulates the appearance of skating but completely neglects the things that make it actually feel like skating.
