This is obviously a cyclist driving a car

Nope. Trucker did nothing wrong. As is common on narrow roads, he moved over to the left to safely pass an on coming vehicle. The road was wet at this point. It was not caused by him moving over to the left. Seems to me the car driver is upset because his car got splashed. Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

I don't know what you don't understand here, a typical English lord like you was driving too fast, he couldn't pass the other truck, he drove onto the roadside which was wet, he made a big hole and splashed all over my car, typical of those who are ignorant of road regulations and road conditions where it's very tight
