Uncle Moe should plant the bougainvillea plant next to where he's building his wall. He can also continue to add to his collection. Bougainvillea comes in many different colours and it will be stunning. It happens to be the national flower of my country GRENADA 🇬🇩. I think he also got a flamboyant tree which grows pretty big , but provide lots of shade with flaming red flowers hence the name. He should plant it where the old shower is and as it grows he can build a seat under it.

I know he wants to move in but maybe he should hold off on putting the tile down right now and instead do the perimeter wall with barbed wire on the top. then a water tank. Uncle Mo can try to hire the transport that brought the flowers to carry enough water for his next project.
