Shieldon is one of my favourite fossil Pokémon and I've looking forward to hunting this shiny since BDSP was announced!
After 1 week of the games being released, we kicked the hunt off and less than 4 hours later... BAM!! 🤩

Got this in 627 checks doing 8 checks per reset. It took me longer to get 8 armor fossils from treasure hunting than it did to get the shiny once I started the hunt.

To do this hunt do you need different fossils every time or if they aren’t shiny can you soft reset?

Each fossil relates to 1 Pokemon, but that Pokemon isn't determined till you've restored the fossil. So you can reset each time, if you want to. But you'll have to go through the whole restoring process.
