@@Ariovistus50 Its neither of the other comments explaination. Sitting down means bending ur legs and getting a strong base. Its the opposite of being light on ur feet. If ur on ur toes light on ur feet you can move alot faster but if ur planted and ur sitting down into ur stance you become very stable. A fighter who fights light on his feet is all the karate guys. Wrestlers tend have a strong base and "Sit on their stance". Also most punchers who dont mind trading "brawlers" in boxing. If i hit someone who is light on their feet and they dont move away in time they will be sent flyin but a person with a solid base wont but then again its harder to avoid the punch. For gamers the analogy is you have dps stance and you have tank stance. Ofc theres so many stances/styles you can have but usually its just a mix between being lightfooted and being solid in ur punches and ur base. I personally like to switch stances alot from karate stance to boxing and south paw even square up and do the JJ wrist control.

@@trzygowytrebacz5921 Smokers are fights you get into to build experience, depending on what the culture is like they could be completely unsanctioned and organized by gyms so they don't go on your record. I think the term comes from the fact that in the old days you could smoke indoors. One of my first fights was on a makeshift ring in a literal basement of a friendly gym. By the third round my corner asked to hold back a little, we don't got beef with their gym so there's no point in beating the other guy too bad.

Nah, if he steps back you're still good. You only really fully jump with the right leg, so if he pulls back it's just a slightly downward teep. If for the split second you put weight on his knee he pulls back, you will probably damage his knee.

and my way of fighting weighs that I fight as a muay thay in fact I have been in Italy for about 10 days I have to stay there for a month with the best teachers if I tell you what we had to do and suffer the first day my stomach couldn't handle it unfortunately it happens I gave it my all and this thing made me faint, there were those who could stomach it and everything. I had the problem with a Chinese boy who does a martial art similar to kickboxing, Sanda who also does Muay moves What Thai didn't know was that I had been doing Muay Thai and boxing for about 25 years. With a missed knee I broke his mouth only because he started throwing hard which is disrespectful to the fact that we are doing sparring and then on top of that they they do Sanda and they also do ground fighting like Wrestling and grappling!!!! For example, I don't know how to do any ground fighting, but I believe that there is no ground fighting in Muay Thai.🎉🎉

you need to know I know more about fighting than you do because real martial arts teaches you how to fight. for self defense and in combat. that technique is correct all the way until you land the kick. you want to use the TOP ball of your foot which the bottom palm heel located under the toes of your feet the reason why for this is so you dont break your foot. my point is going to be made here. It might work well in practice and it feels more natty but natty is wrong because the bones and cartilage tendendons on the top of your foor are soft and like I said it might feel okay to the foot in fighting practice because your hitting a soft surface that is padded. a skull is hard and takes 200lbs of pressure to break. so next time when your in a real match use the ball of you foot instead and you wont have to worry about wearing protection on your foot when you enter a fight even in practice and it will save you time and money not having to wrap your foot. I was in a real martial art in competition or in the class room did I ever have to wrap my foot, but I understand it is different because you are in a sport.
