@@NPazdernik Is it though? There are flashing yellows, a pedestrian sign, a painted crosswalk, plus the biker wasn't going more than 40kph (prolly cuz it's a special zone). He had every opportunity to slow down for it, but instead intentionally chose to roll into the cyclist's path just to prove a point. The stop sign for ped-xings is not the same as a stop sign for vehicle traffic. Ped-xing stop signs truely are more of an advisory at your own risk type of thing - it doesn't grant vehicles on the road a right of way over anyone on the crossing.

I've had an oshit moment like that mustang driver. Traffic went from 75mph to a dead stop in rush hour traffic the SECOND I looked down at my dash clock to check the time. Didn't even have time to react at all. Instinct and reflexes kicked in and I swerved into the break down lane before FINALLY being able to slow down. Honestly I thank my years road racing and karting to hone that level of quick reflexes without losing control.
