Lidia has garnered quite the reputation in Mango Park. As head of the Neighborhood Watch she believes it is her duty to patrol the area around her home. One day she sees a man trying to open the door to the Pendelton's home. She takes video of him with her phone, then confronts the man and threatens to call the police. Unbeknownst to her, the man is not a thief, he's just a locksmith. Mr. and Mrs. Pendleton are not on vacation; they are inside and Mr. Pendleton decides to finally put this busybody in her place.
