During a job interview, Beatrice is asked some very direct and seemingly discriminatory questions by the hiring manager. She politely and expertly explains why she would be an ideal candidate for the position. Yet this racist boss cannot look past her age or the color of her skin. Just when Beatrice is sure that she is not going to get the job, the CEO interrupts the meeting and takes the evil hiring manager to task.

And Verne Alexandre never fails to turn in a stellar performance. Marvelous video. A small continuity error, however: Evans claims to have been at the company more than six years at 6:55 and at 7:35 claims 2 years. It always makes me snicker when I hear someone who's about to be fired claim "You can't do that."

Evans really did it. Pulling two stupid moves. He thought that discrimination was a cool thing. He looked at her as not only as a black person but also as a old person. Where I worked at, you pull that kind of garbage, and there is no 2nd chance. For those who want to work in the HR, this video shows the wrong way to hire someone and the right way to do it. Evan did the wrong thing by trying to kick her out, and Verne may have slipped on one thing by saying she was overqualified, but he gave her a job anyway and quickly shifted towards how much talent she has.
