My add on: Abbey filed for a restraining order against Ms. Winthrop, hoping to never see her again. Due to not learning from her mistakes and refusing to obey the restraining order, Ms. Winthrop decided to stalk Abbey to make sure that she didn’t steal anything else, due to still believing that she is a thief. However, Ms. Winthrop was caught violating the restraining order, which led to her having to pay a $1,000 fine, and being sentenced to prison for 1 year.

Great video that Karen did everything wrong and that girl's patience was really admirable she cooperated with her even though she had no obligation to and if she chose to press charges she could be charged with assault filing a police report maybe even kidnapping because she took a woman from one location to another against her will even police officers are not allowed to take somebody to one place to another against their will unless they're arrested

Not pressing charges sends the wrong message I'm sorry. I know this is just a video but in real life situations ALWAYS press charges. You might be happy to be rid of her and never see her again but if she gets away with it, next time she's gonna do it to someone else, maybe someone much more vulnerable and much less able to deal with it without suffering major trauma.

In front of a police officer, Crazy Karen demanded the girl be in handcuffs / holding cell was the last mistake!!! Police officer will take both girls' statements and decide who is the guilty one!!! Abby maintained her innocence while Mrs Winthrop maintained Abby was guilty, playing Judge, jury and executioner!!! Time for jail and jumpsuit, it will be too late for apologies!!! Outcome Narrator: Nobody is above the law for any reason, even if they are wealthy or think they’re above everyone. Mrs. Winthrop plotted to sue the police station but without any solid evidence, the lawsuits were dropped and didn’t get a penny. Her husband was so disgusted that she would falsely accuse someone of stealing her phone without evidence that he immediately called her out for her Karen-like behavior over the years he was with her and filed for a divorce on the spot. Abby’s parents found out what happened and while they praised their daughter for her patience and willing to cooperate with the cops, they pressed charges on Mrs. Winthrop anyway for assault and was ordered to pay $500. Obviously she couldn’t after her husband left her and took all the money and was sentenced to a year in prison. By the time she was released she was unable to find a good paying job after being fired for her actions and ended up homeless.

Given her behavour, that should happen. She should've charged *"Mrs. Winthrop"* for assault and harassment. Even if her frustration over not finding her phone was understandable, her behaviour was *so* un-called for. $500 is nothing. She should've been ordered to pay $1000 for the assault.

I hate it how Abby didn't press charges against Mrs. Winthrop and just let her off the hook. I would of DEFINITELY pressed charges if I was Abby! Mrs. Winthrop was falsely accusing her, grabbing her by the wrist to hurt her, and be too stubborn to listen to Abby's side of the story to make assumptions about someone without knowing the actual facts about someone. Even when she was asked to apologize to Abby and find out the actual truth that Abby didn't steal her phone, she refused to change for the better and apologize to Abby! All, I know is after that if that was me the Karen would hear every cuss word out of my mouth. I take being accused of something I didn't do personally, I'm a calm person and in this nope. Nobody, grabs me like that and take the law into their own hands with me if I did nothing. I was expelled from school twice for defending myself with bullies, all they saw was me and not them. Luckily, my Grandmother defended me and she was in law enforcement so she knew who lied. That was a Karen, I would of pressed charges and everytime a someone like that is not charged it will happen again so I hope any Karen who goes that far gets karma back with no mercy.

No way would cops do what the woman says, Lady Dumdum would have been the one in cuffs for not doing what the officer instructed and just by laying her hands on her and forcing her to a place she did not want to go, she'd be looking at quite a few charges herself. Girl would have been talked to, in the lobby, truth would have come out and girl would have been sent on her way while Lady Dumdum would be staying for a while.

Yeah based on what I'm hearing from that karen from hell (or should be going to hell I should say) she's not gonna win in court. Not feeling remorseful for her false accusations I hope "part 2 continued" that Karen ends up in jail for "Falsifying a report", "harassment", ETC if I were a cop in the scene I'd get her boujee mercedes repossessed and I'd arrest her immediately in handcuffs. Why? Because she damn well deserves it based on her cruel actions. Real hats off to the cop helping that innocent one around.
